Ray Mondo is a contestant from Survivor Season 1, Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains and winner of Survivor: All Stars
Ray is known for being a hot head in his first season and throughout the seasons becoming less and less angry as well as a overall very strong survivor player excelling in strategy and building alliances, as well as his rivalry with Alan Wright
Season 1

Ray started off in the game quickly making an alliance with Grant and Taylor. The first person they eliminated was Darnell, at the tribes second tribal council, Ray brought Burt into there alliance so they would have numbers and have the capibility to eliminate Parker, but Burt decided he wanted to eliminate Ray so Burt decided to talk to other tribemates to attempt and eliminate Ray, but Parker trying to save his ass told Ray what Burt was doing so Ray added Parker to his alliance and together they eliminated Burt. Come the merge Ray had a giant target on his back due to the fact he was one of the best athletic members and because he was the leader of the blue alliance. both pass tribes were even at 5. Wes would then flip and join Rays alliance and despite Ray recieving 4 votes his alliance was capable of eliminating John. The following immunity challenge Ray won immunity. He then decided to turn on one of the members of his own alliance, that being T.J and after a revote T.J was eliminated. Ray would then add Alan to his alliance, and said his core four was him, Grant, Alan and Wes, and that he would eliminate Taylor as soon as possible. Together with the numbers on there side the blue alliance next target was Pellar and he was eliminated. The following day Grant and Alan turned on Ray, making it seem that the numbers were now against Ray 4-3, Ray looked like he would be the next eliminated, but he went out and won immunity. One of Rays closest allies Wes was eliminated. After this Alan won immunity and with Rays days looking numbered Alan flipped back and took over as leader of the blue alliance which use to belong to Ray, at tribal it ended in a 3-3 vote between Ray and Tide, but at the revote Alan decided to eliminate Ray. At the final tribal council, Ray didn't asked any questions and just reviewed the the final 3s games, he ended up voting for Alan to win, despite the fact he didn't like Alan, Ray voted for Alan cause he played the best of the three
